Аннотация: In the article a group of authors described methods for constructing of an underwater 3D relief and combined it with a surface in the conditions of incomplete initial data. The technology of building a relief model was tested under scope of scientific projects conducted at IDSTU SB RAS together with colleagues from other institutes of the Irkutsk Scientific Center related to complex studies of Lake Baikal, the Angara River and the Bratsk reservoir. An algorithm for combining the underwater relief with the surface one is presented on the basis of heterogeneous initial data using the Delaunay triangulation. As a result of the combination a high-quality 3D model of relief is created. This model can be used to generate forecasts of changes in the shoreline of reservoirs associated with discharges to hydroelectric power plants. The technology described in the work has been used to solve a number of practical problems and has shown its effectiveness.
